Executive Summary

This smart contract is intended to extend the ability of the FPT to create an on chain record of membership and status through supporting conditional status of the FPT while maintaining decentralized ownership of principal and surrogate.

The functions of the FPT Centralized Moderation smart contract are:

• Set status of FPT to valid/invalid based on payment of 0 and above and timeframe
• Revert status of valid to invalid when payment or timeframe has lapsed
• Return overpayment of subscription
• Support cancellation and refund of subscription
• Support block list
• Admin gift of subscription
