The FPT deployer is meant to enable anybody to deploy the FPT smart contract as the owner. The user connects their wallet, enters the principal address, and signs the transaction.

3. Deployer currently supports the original FPT configuration for an ERC-721 contract, can be configured to support any of the 3 FPT types
