Executive Summary

The function of the original Foolproof Token smart contract is to achieve:

1:1 creation of FPT per NFT
Immutable ownership and control of the FPT relative to the owner of the principal NFT
Ability to assign out surrogate ownership of the FPT to enable smart contract and token based permissions
Ability to recall FPT from surrogate owner and further assign as needed
