Web3 Business Development Lead

Description: FoolProof Labs is building to disrupt decentralized identity through digital asset ownership and decentralized user management by providing tooling for the most secure technology in existence; decentralized cryptography.

A successful Web3 Business Development Lead will leverage their reputation and established relationships combined with their knowledge of EVM blockchains to identify and pursue the most advantageous relationships for FoolProof Labs, leading to revenue growth, market leadership, and interesting case studies. Ideally partners that are targeted will have an executable path for a greater vision for blockchain technology beyond active trading, and working to pursue business models beyond royalties.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed all revenue goals set by leadership
• Market research and analysis with head of product management
• Lead generation
  • Various channels including online research, cold calling/emailing, networking events relevant to the industry
• Relationship building
• CRM and pipeline management
  • Metrics tracking and reporting
• Proposal development

Proven Abilities:

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales in SaaS or managed services for enterprise clients
• A proven knowledge of Web3 trends
• Skilled Negotiating and closing
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• A proven self starter that can motivate team members and facilitate forward progress
• Strategic thinker with problem solving skills.
